The intracellular crosstalk in bone metabolism analyzed by fluorescent imaging technologies

Bone homeostatic functions are strictly regulated by communication between osteoclasts and osteoblasts. In addition, recently, it has been reported that osteocytes also have an important role in bone metabolism. We are utilizing 'Fluorescent Imaging Technology' to study cellular network in these cells. In this seminar, I will introduce the role of intercellular communication in bone metabolism with the latest imaging data.
