Events for international students FBS One-Day Bus Trip to Himeji

We organized an FBS One-Day Bus Trip to encourage interaction and build connections among international students, as well as between international and Japanese students.

　It was a beautiful day!

　On the bus! It’s time for self-introductions.

　Reviewing the travel itinerary. The professional guide created an amazing itinerary.

　Arrived in Himeji!

　Watched the craftsman’s incredible work at the workshop.

　Learning Kawara, the tile-making process. We got to even touch them!

　The Kawara cray was so smooth!

　Kawara used as a wall tile.

　Everyone made their own original photo frame using small dice-cut Kawaras!

　With little Kawaras in hand.

　We weren’t sure if we could make it on time, but we managed to create a wonderful piece within the time!

　The National Treasure of Himeji Castle, here we come!

　Our guide gave us a lecture about the castle.

　We explored inside the castle too. We climbed lots of stairs and got to see every corner of it.
