Novel ubiquitin code: regulatory mechanism and physiological relevance

Ubiquitin post-translationally modifies substrates and regulates a wide variety of biological functions via generating various ubiquitin codes. In our lab, we have been elucidating biochemical properties and physiological relevance of a non-degradation type of ubiquitin codes. In this seminar, I will discuss a novel ubiquitin code, its induction mechanisms, its regulatory role in inflammation in mice, as well as a broader outlook .
