We are going to hold the following additional special events.

  • 10 July: English Speaking Lecture
  • 13 July: Explanation Lecture
  • 14 July: Interdisciplinary work shop and Welcome party
  • 22 July: Farewell party

Participation Fees for retreat

The fee is 3,000 yen / person

  • Please pay it individually the first day of the retreat.

Applicant’s preparation

  • Please prepare two posters (A0 and A4 size). It is OK to use same poster.
  • A0 is for poster tour, A4 is for group discussion.
  • A0 size: Horizontal 841mm × Vertical 1189mm (A0 size). Print out of slides (i.e., multiple A4) is also OK. As a general rule please prepare the poster in English.
  • Please prepare a poster that can be easily understood by researchers outside your own field.
  • If possible, it would be advantageous to bring your own computer.

Venue

This year the YRR will be held at the Hotel Wellness Yamatoji.
