Q. What made you interested in your current research theme?

A. I got interested in live imaging through my natural curiosity: I wanted to observe phenomena within the body in real time.Among the many types of research using imaging technologies, the live imaging of bone marrow cells is a unique, fascinating topic for me.

Advice to applicants to the graduate school of FBS

Don’t hesitate to visit various labs if you have any interest in their work, even if only slightly. You can find your most suitable research topic and style through direct communication with the PI and its lab members. I wish to enjoy excellent research in an environment of my choice.
