Title/Abstract

in vivo oxygen imaging and its application in oxygen biology

Oxygen is absolutely essential for the health of cells. The cellular response to oxygen has been extensively studied so far. However, little is known about microenvironmetal oxygen level and the effect of its perturbation on cellular response in vivo. Here, I will show recent imaging research of oxygen and its application in oxygen biology.
